I was really angry that there were only a handful of entries. When I came in contact with the owner of SimsTube and he proposed the idea that we give away an IPod I excepted there to be around 50 entries. Granted I did not advertise the best I could… I was not expecting such a terrible turn out.

I was so upset I logged on once in awhile (to my youtube) but I had no desire to write any reviews or leave any comments.

So here’s what we decided on. We are going to hold the Awards in November/December. All 3 of them. Almost like a Christmas Present. I assume a majority of the users will be off school so they will be online more. There will still be 3 of them, and the categories have not changed.

However… nominations will resume in September and will be open until October. There will be a month of voting and then the winners will be announced through 3 videos on my channel.

As far as prizes go, Michael and I are at a loss. We don’t know what to do with the few entries we did get. The simstube owner suggested it would be easier to have a bigger award show that gives away the IPod Touch when it hits 10,000 members… but who knows how long that will take.

We would love to hear your suggestions/thoughts and would very much appreciate them.

It was my birthday a couple of weekends ago so I was busy with life. You know how that goes. I don’t have anything to report or post about.

Just One by kitsparrow27 has come to an end. You may or may not already know that Just One has been one of my favorite series to watch made with the Sims2. I always looked forward to see what Kit could come up with. It’s been an emotional ride for all the characters and I’m sad to see this series end, but I’m also relieved that it was actually finished and she was able to share this wonderful story with us.

If you haven’t already, I suggest you check out her series. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

What I found funny was that Pam, Jim, and Andy were watching a bootleg movie. Pam and Jim kept on discussing issues irl, but Andy thought they were being insightful, and understanding the movie in depth.

At the end, Andy referred to them as “Movie Critics”.

I thought I would share that with you all.

The solution?

Get the artists permission.

But… Good luck with that I’m sure they’ll never reply. So you better get emailing artists and asking them if you can use their music.

Your sims remind me of little dolls, they were very cute indeed. I’m not sure what it is with teens but their faces are really starting to bother me. It’s like EA made the game so that all the teenagers look the same and they don’t really grow into their face until their hit adulthood. That’s beside the point though. I think it would’ve been better if you used adults and just pretended that they were teenagers.

Wonderful camera movements, it made everything seem very graceful and suited the soothing melody. Normally I would say that it made me dizzy (if this were a series) but because it’s a short video it’s perfectly fine .

I actually had to watch it a few times to get what was going on because I am slow lol. Yes, it seemed like a very touching story that served its purpose.

I think I only have one complaint. At times I wasn’t able to see the sims properly. It was really dark, which was probably what you were going for but I would’ve rather liked it if you could’ve maybe added some adjustment effects to brighten up the video slightly.

I haven’t really watched your videos before and found your page through PotentialyBroken’s page, but I am very impressed and I look forward to seeing more!
